The installer is an InstallShield package that performs a variety of checks before installation. You can check here if youre not sure if your computer is 32-bit or 64-bit. I cloned my HD to an SSD and now the 32 bit setup launcher does exactly what yours does: it runs, its not frozen but the app install never proceeds. 32 bit setup launchers previously worked fine on my system.
